To ensure there aren’t any delays in your order you need to make sure that you finalise your order correctly,
After paying for your order you will need to submit your artwork which can be done under ‘My Portal’ and then ‘Jobs Awaiting Artwork’
(How to set up artwork for print)
There are two ways that you can upload your artwork, either by uploading straight to our server or by emailing us your cloud link (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive etc)
IMPORTANT:
If you choose to email the artwork you need to make sure that you fill out the Email form and hit submit at the bottom of the page, failure to do so will mean that your order does not finalise and your job will not reach us, this can lead to delays in printing and shipping your order.
